To ensure that your package is delivered properly and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will contact you immediately and proceed with shipping the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) that are not in stock.
Once you have placed an order, you will immediately get sms or email with the order #NUMBER with a status CONFIRMED.
Confirmed means we did receive your order and we are processing it.
We start processing the day after we receive your order once your payment is authorized and verified.
We have our own clothes production and sometimes some items might be out of stock. Usually, we process orders within 1-6 business days.
In case your order takes more than 6 business days to process, it means our team from production is doing their best to collect and ship your order. It might take up to 8-10 business days maximum.
For shoes and bags we always process orders within 1-4 business days.
The order processing time depends on the volume of orders we receive every day (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include processing time.Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays!
SHIPPING OPTIONS, PRICES, AND TIMES
We offer only Standard Shipping for the US/Australia/Canada/Rest of the World.
For standard shipping, we are using our US/EU-based sorting centers to forward parcels to our customers.
Therefore, when you receive a notification that your order is on the way, it means that your item has been shipped and it is on the way to the sorting center together with other orders, so the individual tracking number of your order has not been assigned yet.
Once your order reaches the sorting center, we will immediately notify you with the #TRACK NUMBER of your order. You can track your shipment to see the delivery status on your own now (you have to keep tracking your order every 1/2 days)
Once you receive a tracking number you can easily track your order on the carrier's website. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately. There is a processing time for your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and you can track your order.
TIME AND RATES
Despite the fact that we only provide standard shipping times we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible!
In total it will take from 7 to 12 business days (including transit to the sorting center).
We have very low shipping prices. It is fixed for every country and every order. No matter how many items and shipping areas are in your order, the shipping price will always be fixed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Important note for the customers from the EU:

Duty tax rates vary depending on the country. Trinarosh is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
DELIVERY POLICY & CLAIMS
- Delay Packages
If the item doesn’t arrive after 30 days, then we will issue a refund. If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 10 days. Trinarosh does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
- Wrong order status
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). Trinarosh does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
- Refused packages will be seized or returned back to us.
Shipping companies inform us in advance if you don't take any actions within a 1-2 days timeframe then they will make a decision themselves with no prior approval. If the package is seized we won't issue a refund. If the package is returned back to us, we will charge shipping fees and taxes (import/duty). All those expenses will be deducted before refunding your funds.
Please note that when the package is in transit, we cannot control it. Sometimes, depending on your location, the package may be delivered with a delay. The reasons may be different: customs, weather conditions, or any other reason that is beyond our control.
- Additional costs for the delivery
Remote areas determined after processing. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you refuse to accept the package and the package is returned to us, shipping charges + import taxes will be charged. These fees will be collected before we issue a refund.

We are 100% sure that you will love your Trinarosh purchases. But in the unlikely event, if you have any issues with your order you will be able to quickly and easily return/exchange your item(s).
However, we are still suggesting all our buyers to check their items once they receive them. If there are any issues with your order you can request a return/exchange.
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. If you request a return/exchange after a 7 days timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to approve a return/exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded!

Do not forget to write your order # that is very important! It will simplify the initiation of the refund/exchange/cancellation process. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.
We will notify you of the approval of your refund/exchange in 1-2 business days.
If your request is approved we will be responsible for paying the shipping fee back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When we issue a refund, it will take from 2-5 business days for the funds to be deposited into the buyer's bank account. In some cases, it might be longer, it all depends on the buyer's bank.
EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT
When the buyer returns the goods due to the wrong size, color, style (when it doesn't suit), or quality Trinarosh can only issue a store credit of the goods (no refund to the card, we can issue store credit only) or exchange to a bigger/smaller size. Exchanges are free of charge.

You are responsible for paying the shipping fee and it is fully under your responsibility until the package reaches us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When we issue a credit store refund or exchange, it will take from 2-5 business days to issue a store credit or to process the exchange.
For the exchange of the goods, the period will be the same as prescribed in the SHIPPING POLICY.
Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Our warehouses are located in different areas across the world, so in case of your decision to file a return you don’t need to send it yourself to the address from which we sent the goods. If you decide to ship the return without prior communication to our customer service team, it may go to the wrong warehouse and we will no longer be able to automatically return it or replace it.
Trinarosh reserves the right to deny any return request if it is if he violates our refund policy you automatically agreed to when proceeded to pay for your order.
Ship the package back within 2 business days from the moment your return request is approved. If you have two/three items, please pack them properly and do not mess them up as items can look "damaged/used" once they will reach us. You are responsible for paying the shipping fee back to us and it is fully under your responsibility until the package reaches us. Shipping costs are refundable only in case of refund to original payment method according to our policy.
Make sure to get the tracking number once you ship the item back, contact us, and provide it to us. Otherwise, it might be hard to find your package and it can be delayed as it will take time to find your return in our warehouse.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For every return, we take a picture as proof of receiving your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the method you had chosen in the request.
We do inspect every return and in case we detect that item was used, damaged, or in not suitable condition, we have a right to return the item to you and will ask you to cover the shipping fee back to you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit store card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually no more than 5 days)
If you request an exchange of goods, then the terms of shipment will be the same as indicated in the SHIPPING POLICY.

As you can understand for sanitary reasons we are unable to return/refund or exchange personal products such as Сorseted dresses, Tops, Lingerie, Hosiery, Bodysuits & Swimwear.
We do understand that you want to try an item and see what it looks like on you, make sure to actually try item(s) but please do not use (wear them 2-3 times) item(s) and then process the return. We do inspect every return and in case we detect that item was used, damaged, or in not suitable condition, we have a right to return the item to you and will ask you to cover the shipping fee back to you.
For every return, we take a picture as proof of receiving your return. We have a right to refuse a return at any time in case if determine:
